Berry Smoothie

Instructions

Combine milk, berries, yogurt (if using), nut butter, and chia seeds (if using) in the jug of a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.

YOU’VE GOT OPTIONS

Keep a bag of frozen berries—strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, acai berries, or a mix of these—to pop into the blender for thick, tangy smoothies with antioxidant properties.

If you have fresh berries on hand, use them! Reduce the amount of milk by at least half to keep the smoothie thick.

If you have Almond Butter, use it here.
