Combine cashews, yeast, and turmeric in the bowl of a food processor. Process for 1 minute, or until the mixture is finely chopped.
Transfer to a 2-cup-capacity jar with a lid and keep refrigerated for 3 to 4 weeks.
Makes 1 1/4 Cup
1 cup roasted and salted cashews
1 ⁄ 4 cup nutritional yeast
1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon ground turmeric
