Combine milk, applesauce, spinach, banana, matcha (if using), and oil in the jug of a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
Pour into a cereal bowl and top with granola.

3 tablespoons unflavored, unsweetened or vanilla nondairy milk
¾ cup applesauce or crushed pineapple
1 cup fresh or frozen baby spinach
1 ripe banana, cut into 3 or 4 chunks
1 teaspoon matcha (optional)
1 teaspoon softened extra-virgin coconut oil
2 tablespoons granola
