Instructions

Combine the spices and salt in a small bowl. Thoroughly blend using a fork or whisk. Place in a dark-colored jar with tight-fitting lid and store in a cool cupboard.

  • 3 tablespoons ground coriander

  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 ⁄ 4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon sea salt
