Reducetarian Foundation President Talks Saving The Earth On The Washington Post
In our last blog post, we introduced The Washington Post's latest "In Theory" topic: the reality of eating less meat, and all the challenges and implications of it. As The Post's Robert Gebelhoff so eloquently puts it, "meat is a huge part of our country’s ethic," and decreasing our overall meat consumption continues to be a tough battle.
As promised however, our very own Brian Kateman, co-founder and president of the Reducetarian Foundation, has thrown his lot into the ring, urging that, as the title of his piece states, "We can save the earth without giving up bacon."
